Mountain Planning has been responsible for the urban residential design, project management, development plan and preparation of the planning permit application for a 250 lot subdivision in Bright.
The proposed development will provide a much-needed supply of residential land for the township of Bright. The development has been master planned and consists of large open space networks, provision for the realignment of Stackey Gully Creek, efficient road networks, a range of densities that decreases on the upper tier and lots orientated to facilitate energy efficient dwellings.
