Private Sector Planning

Mountain Planning is very involved in private sector planning and currently working with local designers and architects on many residential developments across North East Victoria. This includes dwellings in Dinner Plain, Mount Hotham, Wandiligong, Bright, Freeburgh, Myrtleford and Yarrawonga.

We work alongside designers and architects to ensure the designs comply with the relevant planning provisions and also prepare the bushfire application information required by the Bushfire Management Overlay.
